General Conduct
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Speed Limit:
The speed limit within the park is 5 mph.
Walking Between Lots:
Walking between lots or RVs is prohibited.
Parking & Lot Maintenance
Parking:
No street parking is allowed.
Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited.
Outdoor trash cans must have tight-fitting lids and must be stored at the back of the RV.
Lot Maintenance:
Lots must be neat, uncluttered, and well-maintained at all times.
Vehicle maintenance on RV lots is prohibited.
Storage under RVs is not allowed.
Clotheslines are not permitted.
Post-style lights must be functional and operate automatically at the appropriate time.
Lot numbers must be visible at all times.
Artwork & Decorations:
Tasteful artwork and flags may be displayed, provided they are secured properly to prevent damage.
The perimeter fence should maintain its natural color.
Wi-Fi antennas must be mounted on a post, the RV, a concrete slab, or a built shed.
RV Standards
Age of RVs:
RVs must be no older than 10 years. Any RV older than 10 years requires prior approval from the COA Board.
Condition of RVs:
RVs must be well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
Building & Structures
Exterior Buildings:
Any exterior building must be constructed on-site with a concrete foundation.
Fencing:
Fencing of any kind is not allowed, excluding the perimeter fence.
Temporary Structures:
Temporary plastic or metal sheds are prohibited.
Septic System
Only septic-safe toilet paper is allowed.
Wipes, even those labeled septic-safe, are prohibited due to clogging risks.
Personal sheds may not be connected to the park's septic system (including washing machines, toilets, sinks, or showers) to comply with TCEQ county codes and occupancy limits.
Trash Disposal & Burn Piles
Trash Disposal:
Household trash should be disposed of in the park’s designated dumpster.
Boxes must be broken down before disposal.
Do not leave household trash or dog waste bags outside.
Only household trash should be placed in the park dumpster. Personal items, construction materials (except for COA upkeep), and outdoor debris (e.g., tree branches) are prohibited.
Burn Piles:
Burn piles are reserved for COA and park owners only.
Household trash should not be placed in burn piles.
Bicycle & Kayak Storage
Bicycles and kayaks must be stored inside sheds, mounted on RVs or car bumpers, or secured on standalone racks.
Pet Policy
Dog Limit: A maximum of two dogs per lot.
Leash Policy: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Unattended Dogs: Dogs cannot be left unattended outside, including being tied to trees or tethers.
Cleanup: Owners must clean up after their pets.
Dog Pens: Dog pens or temporary fences may only be used when the owner is present, and must be taken down at the end of each day.
Noise: Disturbance to neighbors by pets is not allowed.

Laundry Room
Keep the laundry room clean and neat.
Turn off lights, close windows, and lock the door when leaving.
If you lose money in the laundry machines, please leave a note with your name, the amount lost, and your lot number so that cash can be returned if found.
Children
An adult must supervise children under the age of twelve at all times.
Rental Process
All rentals must go through the Rental Pool. For more information, contact the COA Board of Directors.
Condominium COA Compliance
Rockport Oaks RV Park operates as a Condominium COA and adheres to its Declaration and Bylaws. These rules apply equally to both owners and renters.
