Rockport Oaks RV Park – Park Rules for Rentals

Rent Payment

• Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

• Late Fee: A late fee of $5.00 per day will be applied starting on the 4th day of the month.

Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Checks

  • Money Orders

  • Bank Zelle

  • Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

Vehicle & Trailer Washing

• Additional Charges: Washing vehicles, boats, and trailers will incur an additional charge on the monthly water usage fee:

  • $15 for vehicles and vessels

  • $25 for RVs

• Notification: Kindly notify us in advance if you plan to wash your vehicle or trailer.

Lawn Maintenance & Cords

• Restrictions: Renters are prohibited from planting plants, installing Wi-Fi antennas, or placing yard art in areas that may interfere with lawn maintenance.

• Cords, cables, and hoses must be neatly coiled and clear of the lawn crew’s workspace.

• Power, water, and sewer hoses should run inside the tires and under the RV to their respective connections.

Damage Responsibility

• Renters will be held responsible for any damage caused to lawn sprinklers or other property.

• Charges will apply for repairs.

Sewer Cap Replacement

• Sewer Cap Responsibility: The sewer cap must be replaced upon departure.

• If the cap is not replaced during your stay, a $30.00 replacement fee will be charged.

Departure Cleanliness

• Upon your departure, the rented lot must be free of debris.

Septic System

• Only septic-safe toilet paper should be used with the park’s septic system.

• Wipes, even those labeled septic-safe, are prohibited as they can clog the septic tanks and result in significant repair costs.

Condominium COA Compliance

• Rockport Oaks RV Park operates as a Condominium COA and adheres to its Declaration and Bylaws.

• These rules apply equally to both renters and property owners.
