Litigation Information 

Dear Members of the RORVP Condominium Association,

We want to inform you that the Association and its Board of Directors have received a lawsuit Citation 25-0068. A claim has been filed with our association insurance, and Farmers Insurance has assigned an attorney to represent the Association and the Board of Directors. The citation has been posted, and our response to the suit has been accepted by the court. This legal filing officially engages the Association and the Board of Directors as defendants.

Our attorney has advised us that it is prudent to minimize sharing information related to the lawsuit defense. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
